OFFICIAL RAFFLE TICKET RULES

The “SuperContest

Raffle Tickets

” (hereinafter the “

Raffle”) refers to the event commencing on

Saturday, July 1, 2017

@ 9:00 a.m. and

ending Saturday, August 19, 2017 at approximately 8:00 p.m. (“Raffle Period”) at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino (“Sponsor”)

located at 3000 Paradise Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89109. All references

to time of day refer to Las Vegas, Nevada Time.

Participants must be 21 years of age or older to qualify for Raffle Tickets and Prizes.

No entry fee to qualify for Raffle Tickets.

Raffle drawing will take place on August 19, 2017 at approximately 8:00 p.m. in the Westgate SuperBook.

Ways to earn Raffle Tickets:

* prior to

6:00 p.m. on August 19. Each entry will earn 10 raffle tickets. SuperContest

registrants may only have two (2) entries and, therefore, a maximum of 20 raffle tickets are available via this earning

method. Registrants must presen

t their original Entry Form at the Race & Sports Contest Window from 10:00 a.m. on

August 18 to 9:00 p.m. or between 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on August 19.

Place a $20 Football Future Wager

** (Defined by “Odds to Win”). Place a

$20 minimum Football Future w

ager prior to

6:00 p.m. on August 19 and receive one (1) raffle ticket per qualifying wager.

Second Chance Baseball

Parlays Wagers

** Customers with losing $20

minimum Baseball Parlays (2-team minimum) can

receive one (1) raffle ticket per qualifying wager between July 1 and 6:00 p.m. on August 19.

Second Chance Pari-Mutuel Wagers

** Customers with losing Pari

-Mutuel wagers that total $50 or more per day

between

July 1 and 6:00 p.m. on August 19 can receive one (1) raffle ticket per qualifying wager day.

Enter the SuperContest Golf Outing

and receive five (5) raffle tickets at registration. Call 888

-457-3307 to register for the

golf outing.

*The Westgate Las Vegas SuperContest is limited to two (2) entries per registrant.

**Customers must present their original ticket (Football Futures, Baseball Parlay, Pari

-Mutuel wagers) at the Race & Sports

Contest Window from 10:00 a.m.

– 9:00 p.m. on

August 18 or between 10:00 a.m.

– 6:00 p.m. on August 19 to obtain their

raffle ticket(s). There is a limit of one (1) raffle ticket per qualifying Football Future or Baseball Parlay wager, regardless of the

wagered amount. There is a limit of one (1) raffle ticket per P

ari-Mutuel wagering day, regardless of the wagered amount

. A

maximum of 20 raffle tickets are available via

$20 Football Future and Second Chance Baseball

Parlay wagers. Second Chance

Pari-Mutuel wagers can earn up to 30 raffle tickets.

For raffle ticket redemption, wager tickets must have the Player’s

Card

Number on each ticket and match ID of the customer.

***Customers are limited to winning one (1) SuperContest entry through the raffle or golf. If a raffle or golf winner already

has

two (2) SuperContest entries, that individual will receive $1,500 cash in lieu of an

additional SuperContest entry. Raffle winners

must be present at the time of the drawing to win. Drawings will take place on August 19 at approximately 8:00 p.m. at the

Super Raffle location in the Westgate SuperBook. Players must be 21 years of age to ear

n raffle tickets. Employees as well as

family and household members of Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino are not eligible to enter raffle or win prizes.

Prizes include but not limited to:

Gift Baskets

Gift Certificates to various restaurants

Sports memorabilia

Westgate Show tickets

Dinners at Westgate venues

Two night stay at Westgate LV

VIP Booth day

Five (5) entries into the SuperContest

Prizes will be available to redeem at the time of announcement. Winners need to be present to claim prize.

Raffle participants must insert torn portion of raffle ticket into raffle drum prior to August 19, 2017 at approximately 8:00

p.m. to win

raffle prizes.

By participating in the Raffle, participants agree to comply with all rules contained herein.

Management reserves all rights.

10.

All laws and regulations of the Nevada State Gaming Commission and Gaming Control Board apply.

11.

All decisions regarding th

e interpretation of rules, eligibility, etc. for this

Raffle lie solely with Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino

whose decisions are final.

12.

Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino reserves the right to

modify or cancel this

Raffle at any time for any reason, su

bject to any

applicable regulatory approval provided that such modification shall not, as the date of such modification, materially alter

or change

any participant’s prize already awarded.

13.

Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino may disqualify any person for

any prize based upon Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino’s

belief of the possible commission of fraud, dishonest, violation of Tournament rules or other misconduct whether or not relat

ed to

this Tournament.

14.

Employees as well as family and household members

of Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino

are not eligible to win or participate

in the SuperContest Raffle

15.

Names and likeness of Raffle winner(s) may be used by Sponsor and Sponsor’s designee(s) for promotional purposes without further

compensation to

Sponsor or the Tournament winner(s). Sponsor’s designee agrees not to use Tournament winners’ names and

likeness without permission from Sponsor. All Participants agree to grant Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino unconditional us

e of

their name and likenes

s for Tournament as/advertising and announcements without compensation, consideration, notice review or

consent.

16.

Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, including through a government program, at Westgate Las Vegas Resort &

Casino discretion, or by their own request, are not eligible to participate or win any prize.

17.

A copy of these rules and any changes will be available at the

Westgate SuperBook throughout the duration of this Raffle.

18.

With regard to all prizes identified in these Official Rul

es, Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino reserves the right to substitute prizes

that have or have not been awarded as long as the value is substantially the same as the original prize offered in the event

that the

original prizes become unavailable. In no e

vent will Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino be obligated to award more prizes than the

number of prizes stated in these Official Rules.

19.

No cash equivalent or substitutions of non

-cash prizes, except in the sole discretion of Westgate Las Vegas Resort &

Casino for

prizes of comparable value.

Raffle tickets and Prizes are non

-transferable.

All federal, state and local taxes and expenses related to

the acceptance and use of the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes may be subject to rep

orting and withholding

pursuant to federal IRS regulations and participants are required to cooperate with Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino in

completing necessary forms.

20.

All applicable laws and regulations of the Nevada State Gaming Commission and Gamin

g Control Board apply.

21.

Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino reserves all rights.
