Request validated to ensure a Capacity Study has been undertaken to confirm demand available on the network. Step 40 SGN Regulated Business Network Entry team, along with SGN Legal, prepares the Offer Letter (OL) and issues to the Developer. The (OL) will contain the charge to the Developer from the SGN Regulated Business for the Commissioning, Validation and Adoption of the equipment associated with the SGN Facility. Step 60 Signed OL received from Developer by SGN Regulated Business Network Entry team. SGN Regulated Business Network Entry team validate requirements and confirm with the developer. Step 70 Developer prepares detailed design of NEF in accordance with the Functional Design Specification (FDS), SGN/SP/BIO/2, available on the SGN web site and the OL. SGN will liaise with the Developer at this stage to ensure the design meets the functional requirements. Step 80 Independent design appraisals (design packs) are carried out for the Developer in accordance with the G17 and GL/5 procedures. Step 90 Developer submits the design packs to SGN Regulated Business Network Entry team for verification. Step 100 SGN will review the design packs to ensure compliance with the FDS and any site specific obligations in the OL. Step 110 Is the Design valid? If there are issues with the design, resolve these with the Developer. If all issues are resolved then the Design can be verified. Step 120 SGN Regulated Business Network Entry team will issue a Design Verification letter to the Developer. Step 140 Developer procures material and equipment as per the Design. Network Entry Facility (Minimum Connection) Process V1.0 May 2014 Step 150 Developer constructs the NEF to the Design requirements. Step 155 SGN Gas Control Centre will prepare and install the monitor system for the NEF. Step 160 Developer prepares a written pre commissioning / commissioning Non Routine Operation (NRO) for all activities. All commissioning activities must be in accordance with the FDS and the OL. Liaison with SGN is crucial at this stage to ensure a compliant commissioning programme is prepared not only for the NEF but the interface with the SGN Gas Control Centre. Step 170 SGN along with the Developer will validate the NEF, in accordance with the FDS and the OL. Step 180 Should there be issues during the validation process these will be resolved with the Developer. Step 190 Following successful Commissioning and Validation of the NEF the Developer will prepare and submit to SGN a Completion File containing the documentation set out in the Agreement. Step 200 SGN shall adopt the equipment upon receipt of the Completion File. Next >
