Secondary access to the units is achieved by wood porches that appear to have been recently constructed. Engineering Support Services (ESS) was contracted to perform a visual evaluation of the roof and masonry façade to determine the general condition and provide recommendations for necessary repairs. Observations: Engineering Support Services (ESS) performed a cursory inspection of the roof on inspection date.
